Peter Callahan’s screenplay has been made
into a remarkable film. Seeking emotional
closure, a young man decides to swim the
length of the Hudson River. A superb cast –
Joseph Fiennes, Justin Kirk, Elizabeth Reaser, Mary Tyler Moore – creates a bittersweet saga of human folly and the many tests of friendship.
